DEBE-DB (Differential-Equation-Based Edge database)

The DEBE-DB contains 12,995 candidates for edges
(gene interactions) predicted using a fitting analysis of
genome-wide temporal expression profiles in the S-system.
The database is composed of four lots of data corresponding
to two biological replicates and two algorithm parameters.
Z-scores were calculated for the edges based on the
goodness-of-fit at the fitting stage.

Search Significant Interactions

Search interactions including a specific gene.
Check search targets, select 'From' or 'To', and optionally input 'Description (Gene symbol, etc.)', 'Element (Gene) number', a threshold of 'Z-score' and '+/- of the interaction'.
Search interactions detected in two different networks and including common from/to genes.
Check two search targets and input a threshold of 'Z-score'.
